Hyundai Motor Company to Recruit New Employees in March… Advice from incumbents in the metaverse

Hyundai Motor Company will also hold an online metabus recruitment briefing session from March 7th to 9th. It is a way for applicants and incumbents to communicate in the metaverse space. It consists of 4 spaces: ▷Recruitment Presentation ▷Job Counseling Space ▷HR Counseling Space ▷Recruitment Information Center.
Meanwhile, Hyundai Motor introduced 'predictable full-time recruitment' in July of last year and posts recruitment announcements for new college graduates in each department on the 1st of every odd month.
An official from Hyundai Motor Company said, "We will continue to conduct recruitment in consideration of applicants and discover differentiated recruitment contents through continuous communication."
