Interest in the metaverse is growing in Ukraine
Ukraine ranked third in the ranking of countries in terms of interest in the metaverse. This is indicated by the results of a study conducted by the CoinKickoff project. First and second place went to Vietnam and the Philippines. In the course of the study, the CoinKickoff team analyzed 1.6 million tweets on the topic under consideration.
In 56.8% of messages, users from Vietnam spoke positively about the metaverse industry. Filipino users have been positive about the new format on digital platforms in 56.2% of tweets. Ukrainian users spoke well about the metaverse in 54.9% of messages.
The CoinKickoff study also indicates that Filipinos were more likely than other users to search Google for metaverse-related terms. There were 2421 such requests. The same indicator for Ukraine is 252.
The last place in the ranking was taken by Ireland. Approximately 14.4% of tweets from users from this country contain criticism industry metaverse. Users from Western countries are not particularly interested in this technology. We are talking about Canada, Denmark, USA and New Zealand.
In North America, the prospects for the metaverse are most actively evaluated in Florida. Statistics indicate that in this state there are 670 search queries per 1,000 users.
Another interesting fact is that the US west coast is more optimistic than the east coast. Only 7% of respondents are wary of new technology. 58% of those surveyed declared indifference to this topic. The study points to positive reviews for the metaverse in all 50 states.
CoinKickoff experts state that interest in the world to the new technology is steadily increasing. Metaverse is closely associated with digital assets. The development of both technologies is directly dependent on each other.
Ukraine also ranked among the leaders in terms of adoption of digital assets. The country has given way only to the United States.
Merchant Machine reports that in Ukraine the number of cryptocurrency investors is 12.7%. This figure is the most impressive. In the US, it is noticeably smaller.
At the same time, the number of search queries per month in Ukraine turned out to be low. The indicator is only 2894. In the USA it is 35,468. The UK indicator is 21,183.
