Sandbox opens K-content space 'Meta Toy Dragons'

K-Verse is a 'K-contents specialized space' that the global metaverse platform The Sandbox seeks to create by bringing together Korea's major content and intellectual property (IP) brands. The Sandbox, which established a Korean branch in October of last year, is pursuing diversification of metaverse contents centered on Korean IP by forming partnerships with various content companies such as Sandbox Network. As part of that, The Sandbox runs a 'Cavers Mini Event' with various partner companies from the 24th of this month to the 7th of next month.

Based on a close partnership with The Sandbox, Sandbox Network will participate as an 'opening member' of the Caverse mini-event. Sandbox Network, which launched Meta Toy Dragons, a content IP-based PFP NFT platform in March this year, is making a key roadmap for creating a Web3 ecosystem centered on IP through cooperation with The Sandbox.

Sandbox Network signed a partnership with The Sandbox in 2020, and in January of this year, The Sandbox acquired 'Artist Rights', which is the rights of creators. In addition, we are diversifying our business to build a web3 ecosystem that encompasses various platform areas by combining NFT and metaverse, such as purchasing a large land consisting of 144 lands in The Sandbox and expanding the Meta Toy Dragons ecosystem to The Sandbox Metaverse. is underway

Sandbox Network plans to further materialize the preliminary work to operate the permanent MTDZ Land in the future through participation in this Cavers mini-event. In addition, by collaborating with MBC, which is cooperating with metaverse content production, the MBC office building, characters, and news desk were implemented, and the two companies plan to continue to expand collaboration in the metaverse business area following the MBC World Cup.

The first floor of the MTDZ experience is built in the form of an amusement park. Through the MTDZ character, it is configured to perform missions such as finding a maze or finding a wallet, or to play games (various parkour).

The first basement floor consists of the MBC news desk and gallery. It is known that anyone who is not an MTDZ holder can access MTDZ Land, and users can enjoy various games in the MTDZ experience and receive certain rewards.
