Kyung Hee Medical Center·Public Officials Pension Service, metabus customized health counseling `Cruising`
Kyung Hee Medical Center, along with the Government Employees Pension Service, conducted one-to-one customized health counseling in two parts, using the ZEP platform for about 90 minutes from 10:00 am on the 24th. The first part was hosted by Oh Ji-hyeon, head of the Seoul branch of the Public Officials Pension Service, and the second part was hosted by Yu Hye-yoon, who led unfamiliar participants in the metaverse health consultation and supported counseling.
On this day, the metabus health counseling was also conducted by Jae-dong Lee, the dean of the College of Korean Medicine, Kyung Hee University. The theme was 'Kyung Hee Han Slim: Winter Health Care', and it was conducted with 20 pre-applicants. Unlike large-scale counseling methods using chat windows such as YouTube live counseling, Metabus health counseling is operated on a partial scale as one-on-one customized health counseling.
Since last May, Kyung Hee Medical Center, together with the Seoul branch of the Public Officials Pension Service, has conducted regular metabus health counseling twice a month for the first time in Korea, and a total of 84 people have participated in counseling so far. In particular, pre-applicants can use the health questionnaire system 'KAIDOC (Korean AI Doctor)' to evaluate the individual condition of the participants and provide counseling.
Seong-Wan Kim, Vice President of Medicine and Medical Director of Kyung Hee University, said, “Various activities in daily life are becoming non-face-to-face in various ways through digital platforms.” We will take the lead in promoting and increasing accessibility.”
On the other hand, Kyung Hee Medical Center has been conducting YouTube live counseling broadcasts twice a month from 2020 to the present with a focus on disease prevention and management, and an average of 1,900 people access each session at the same time. Kyung Hee Medical Center has also been conducting metaverse customized health counseling more than twice a month since March this year.
An official from Kyung Hee Medical Center said, "We will continue to provide various non-face-to-face health consultations more than four times a month and continue our efforts to improve health."
