Oasys Expands Gaming Ecosystem With Addition Of NFT Platform X2Y2 Pro

Oasys Blockchain, a pioneer in blockchain gaming, announced Tuesday it has integrated NFT marketplace X2Y2 Pro into its gaming ecosystem. The latest strategic move aims to allow players and users on Oasys to easily buy, sell or lend their NFT assets, which marks a ‘revolutionary’ transition of Web 3 games on the platform, the statement reads. 

According to a team member from X2Y2, integration with Oasys will heavily contribute to the advancement of blockchain gaming, offering NFT holders and players greater opportunities and capabilities over their assets. 

 “This partnership aligns with our vision for the year ahead, where we aim to furnish NFT holders with greater opportunities to unlock value from their portfolios. Stay tuned for more updates to our continuously evolving product,” the spokesperson from X2Y2 stated. 

To kick off the partnership, X2Y2 Pro, an aggregator of X2Y2, , a marketplace platform that enables users to buy, sell, and lend their non-fungible tokens with ease, will launch on Oasys Layer 2 verses (which are akin to Layer 2 blockchains). First, the NFT aggregator will launch on Geso Verse, operated by Japanese tech giant GMO Group under “Gesoten by GMO”. GESO Verse allows users to play blockchain games by linking their Gesoten by GMO ID with their GESO Verse account. 

Secondly, X2Y2 Pro will also be integrated into DM2 Verse on Oasys, which taps into a user base of 41 million members as its developer DM2C Studio is a specialized Web3 venture of DMM.com Group. 

Lastly, it will also be integrated into HOME Verse, the platform hosting the highly sought-after blockchain game, “Battle of Three Kingdoms – Sangokushi Taisen” which utilizes SEGA’s iconic IP. The HOME Verse platform is managed by jump.tokyo Inc., which aims to empower both major and indie game developers to create and launch games effortlessly.

Following a successful launch on all three metaverses, X2Y2 Pro will also launch on Oasys Layer 1 hub layer, an EVM sidechain for gaming, bringing gaming-centric and EVM-compatible functionalities to the platform. 

Crucially, the integration of X2Y2 Pro on Oasys is expected to bring symbiotic benefits to both players and NFT holders. As players on Oasys get enhanced trading capabilities via X2Y2, which allows them to easily trade their in-game NFTs across multiple blockchains, developers can leverage the X2Y2 Pro platform to create more engaging and dynamic economies within their games.
