Animoca Brands subsidiaries GAMEE and Mocaverse partner for ‘Into the Mocaverse’ event

Two Animoca Brands Corporation Ltd subsidiaries, GAMEE – the blockchain arcade gaming company – and Mocaverse – a profile picture non-fungible token (NFT) collection – have partnered for the ‘Into the Mocaverse’ event.

During the event, holders of Mocaverse NFTs can grain entry to a series of exclusive tournaments in Into the Mocaverse, a new version of Hoop Shot, a game in GAMEE’s Arc8 gaming application.

The event is open to all players of Arc8, but only holders of Mocaverse NFTs will be able to compete in free 24-hour skill-based tournaments.

The tournaments offer prizes from a reward pool that includes 10,000 MATIC, Moca XP, and 25 Mocaverse-themed G-Bot Starters, the native NFTs of Arc8, and will be available from April 20-27 2023.

GAMEE and Mocaverse are offering two tournament types with different reward distributions: those gated to Mocaverse NFT holders, and those gated to Realm Ticket NFT holders.

Animoca Brands says this collaborative tournament is just the first of a number of high-profile Arc8 events planned for 2023 and beyond.
