Netmarble 'Marbrex' opens NFT staking service

Netmarble (CEO Youngsik Kwon and Kiwook Doh) announced on the 28th that MARBLEX (hereinafter referred to as Mabrex), a subsidiary specializing in blockchain, has opened a non-fungible token (NFT) staking service.

According to the company, the NFT staking service is a function that can obtain rewards by using NFTs held in MBX Wallet, and is divided into mining type and seasonal staking method. The service opened this time is a mining-type staking method, and anyone who owns a Marvelous NFT can participate. Rewards are determined by the staking period and annual rate (APR) option.

Marvelous NFT is a membership NFT of Mabrex that provides MBX token mining, game coupons, exclusive Discord channel access benefits, etc., and can be traded at MBX Marketplace. Netmarble explained that it ranked first among all Klaytn-based NFT projects in terms of transaction volume over the past month.

Mabrex is the first project to which the MBX 3.0 universe is applied. Netmarble plans to officially launch 'Everybody's Marble 2: Metaworld' in the MBX ecosystem in the first half of this year. This game inherits the strategic board game of the previous game in a more enhanced form, and at the same time, it is characterized by the realization of the meta world, a metaverse space based on cadastral maps, in the game.

Meanwhile, Mabrex plans to focus on expanding and revitalizing the ecosystem in the future, such as holding a Bybit voting event for new listing on the Bybit exchange from the 30th.
