Luis Guilherme, from Palmeiras, also has a contract with another club

This Tuesday (07), the cast of  Palm trees  reappointed himself for training, and announced something new: Luis Guilherme, midfielder, trained alongside the team's professional cast. But the promise of Palmeiras, as it has been called, also has another contract: with a collection of NFTs called Rough Diamonds.

Rough Diamonds' idea is to monetize a player's early stage career and build a community around them. The community entry pass is an NFT, which promises access, benefits, conversations and physical items with the player who is part of it.

According to Bruno Pessoa, CEO of Rough Diamonds, tells the Crypto Times, by contract, the player from Palmeiras already has some exclusivities, as well as his partner Endrick. Among them, the first t-shirt of the player's debut, which belongs to the community.

“We chose the players very well, Matheus França [a Flamengo player] should start today. Wendel who last year was also sold to Real Madrid. Regarding Luis Guilherme, a series of actions will be carried out together with him”, he reveals.

The player, who still claims to be inspired by his colleagues in fields Endrick and Raphael Veiga, has a series of contractual relationships with Rough Diamonds that will be announced as the player advances in his career.

Rough Diamonds is a club that has tokenized grassroots athletes to build communities through NFTs. Currently, there are 11 promising athletes chosen for the initial project, including Endrick.

They are: Matheus França, Luís Guilherme, Matheus Gonçalves, Wesley 'Patati', João Cruz, Luiz Gustavo, Felipe Lima, Bernardo Vallim, Ythallo Ryckelme and Matheus Lima.
