Tyumen will host a youth festival with VR tours of the metaverse of financial literacy

Games on a financial theme and VR-excursions on the metaverse of financial literacy - FinFest-Molodist 2023 will be held in Tyumen. This is a festival that will bring together finance professionals and young people. FinFest is organized by the Union for the Protection of the Rights of Consumers of Financial Services with the support of a grant from the Governor of the Tyumen Region.

On April 25, entertainment and educational venues will open on the basis of the Financial and Economic Institute Tyumen State University. Participants will be able to immerse themselves in the world of virtual reality, participate in round tables and panel discussions, write a financial dictation, listen to lectures, visit master classes, game zones, exhibitions and presentations on financial literacy and the basics of entrepreneurship for young people. According to the organizers, the festival will be visited by more than 1,000 young Tyumen residents from 14 to 35 years old.

The first press conference on the topic of the upcoming festival was held on February 15 at the Boiling Point - Tyumen. Financial experts of the regional and federal levels, leaders and activists of organizations of the non-profit sector, representatives of relevant state and municipal authorities, employees of the Financial and Economic Institute of Tyumen State University, journalists, students discussed the upcoming event.

-  The key theme of "FinFest-Youth" will be the acquaintance of young Tyumen residents with the basics of financial literacy and entrepreneurial activity. The program of events "FinFest-Youth" is still being formed. Chairman of the all-Russian organization "Union for the Protection of the Rights of Consumers of Financial Services" - nbsp; Igor Kostikov - nbsp; during a press conference emphasized that "financial literacy is, first of all, responsibility for one's life and future." The Deputy Director of the Association for the Development of Financial Literacy (Moscow) joined the conversation - Andrey Andrianov:

-  I hope for the possible scaling of the project throughout the country and the involvement of guests and experts from other regions. Among the topical topics of the festival, I am waiting for a block on financial security, the formation of consumer culture, education about new technologies in financial services.
