Lucas also notes a generational divide among those interviewed. The use of the metaverse for games and socializing was more cited by younger people, members of the so-called generation Z, while the audience of generations Y and X is more interested in financial services.
For him, there is a "convergence" in the performance of companies both in the virtual environment and in the physical world, with a transposition of products and services from one place to another. "The metaverse, along with financial solutions, has also brought innovation, experiments in different sectors. There is a lot to advance, but I already see an innovation process".
