We are thrilled to announce an exciting IGO from one of our incubated projects — Koakuma.

About Koakuma:
Koakuma is an MMO-ARPG, Web3 game built on Polygon and Binance Smart Chain, providing a seamless gaming experience with close to zero gas fees and fast transaction speeds. Koakuma features graphics inspired by classic games like Gigantic, World of Warcraft & Diablo.
Koakuma is packed with immersive combat mechanics set in a graphics-intensive metaverse. The GameFi 2.0 project is built for users from around the world to fight epic battles using specially designed NFTs to receive tokens and NFT rewards. Players travel through the Koakuma Metaworld acting as Witchers collecting any of the 720+ unique types of equipment, skill runes, and legendary hero skins in the game.
Gameplay:
The game is based in the vast medieval fantasy land of LARIA where each location has its own unique geology with different climates and cultures, which creates varied Sociopolitical differences between its inhabitants. Players fight in epic battles to protect their land and to take over more territories. Fighting in battles is the means to obtaining skills, weapons and power that are crucial for survival.
Koakuma has been designed to ensure long-term gameplay and participation with a focus on enjoyable gameplay. The team at Koakuma has spent two years developing a “new standard” of Web3 gaming that guarantees an immersive combat experience that players are accustomed to in traditional games. Koakuma has gone through several versions to achieve this level of gaming on par with classics like Diablo and Hades.
The Characters:
Players can choose from one of the many characters including the mighty Grane with a giant sword; the graceful huntress who traverses the forest; the wise and lovely mage; the sharp and cunning secret assassin; and the simple and honest bear.
Evike
Fresh and elegant in appearance. Calm as water, Evike has an intellectual perspective and is as cool as ice on the battlefield

Grane
Grane grew up on the plains and was an excellent warrior by nature. After a misfortune in his tribe, he threw himself into the breach to fight to protect his hometown.
Monsters
There is currently a playable Closed Beta Version 2 available HERE.
Koakuma NFTs:
All in-game items in NFTs are owned by the players and are tradeable in the Koakuma auction house and on exchanges. They come in the form of Roles, equipment materials, fossils, Character skin, animation, special effects and more.
There are also special Lord Mask and Lord Tiara NFTs which can be purchased using $KKMA.
The Scholar System:
As Koakuma was designed to be played by everyone from all over the world, they have made sure that there is equal opportunity for all by building a scholarship system.
Scholarships work like many popular systems by allowing NFT holders to act as managers and rent out their assets to scholars to benefit from gaming rewards.
Managers are able to set their own requirements for renting out their assets and the scholars must meet these requirements and make a deposit in the in-game currency $BOD.

The high-quality team at Koakuma located across China, the Philippines, and Vietnam has over ten years of RPG gaming development experience and backgrounds in Tier-1 gaming companies, including Netease, and Bytedance.

Tokenomics:
The Koakuma Token $KKMA will be the game’s primary in-game currency. It will be used for payment for upgrades, forging, enchantments, smelting skill runes, marketplace purchases and more.
$KKMA will eventually become deflationary when the Koakuma Treasury buys and burns tokens making it naturally deflationary as the ecosystem grows. This will incentivise players to hold tokens, naturally causing the price to increase.
The token will also act as a governance token where holders will be able to vote on the future of the Koakumaverse in the upcoming DAO. This will be the start of the game’s shift to a fully decentralized online game.
Soon, users will also be able to stake their $KKMA tokens to receive in-game rewards, which will subsequently decrease the circulating supply; impacting the token’s price.
