Amid a turbulent time for Ubisoft, the French developer has launched its third blockchain-enabled game Might & Magic Fates. Released globally for mobile via App Store and Google Play, the game will also launch “soon” via Steam for PC.

Set within the Might & Magic universe and lore, it’s a strategy TCG where players build battle decks combining cards of heroes, creatures, buildings, spells, and artifacts from five different Might & Magic factions. Featuring hundreds of unique cards, players grow their collection by playing and earning rewards. Cards can either be obtained in booster packs, which can be bought with gold earned through gameplay, or via in-app purchases. 

The cards contain varying rarities, spanning from common to legendary, and significantly, some are tradable NFTs while others are not. 

Released on the Immutable blockchain, the game is Ubisoft’s third web3 title, with the others being Champions Tactics and Captain Laserhawk The G.A.M.E.
