Qwen-based build-and-earn AI creator platform AliBAE launches with 100,000 CHECK prize pool
Animoca Brands and Alibaba’s AI-based build-and-earn platform is now live, with AliBAE also launching its first two earning opportunities for users.
Initiated by Animoca Brands, and backed by 100,000 CHECK tokens (worth $3,500), the projects challenge users to leverage the power of Alibaba’s open source Qwen models via its Qwen Studio harness to create fun and engaging videos to promote the Animoca Minds AI technology, and the King’s Gambit mobile game, which is part of the Anichess ecosystem.
Both projects provide users with starting assets for their attempts. The closing date for entries is 8th April, with winners announced on 14th April. The prize pool for each project is 50,000 CHECK, with the winner taking home $700-worth.
As an aside, CHECK has also just launched on the Coinbase crypto exchange.
“Many digital reward systems prioritize participation volume over the quality of contributions. AliBAE is designed to take a different approach by linking rewards more directly to the work created and how well it is received,” commented Anichess’ head Chevan Tin.
“By combining Qwen Studio’s accessibility with CHECK as an onchain reward mechanism, we aim to give creators and builders a more practical way to participate and earn.”
As well as Qwen Studio, AliBAE includes features such as a chatbot and image generator, with an app builder and API access said to be coming soon. Aside from promoted campaigns, users can also sign up for AliBAE and generate 15 images and three videos for free every day.
Businesses that want to create their own P2E campaigns can also sign into AliBAE and fill in the relevant details using the simple self-serve options. However, only a limited number of campaigns can be run simultaneously, so speed is of the essence.
