AI fantasy platform Grand Arena launches S1 with $1 million prize pool
Ronin-based web3 community Moku has launched season one of its AI agent-based fantasy gaming platform Grand Arena with a $1 million prize pool.
Instead of being tied to real-world schedules, Grand Arena is based on nonstop contests between autonomous AI-driven Mokis. Players collect cards, build lineups, and enter contests to earn rewards, which are determined by the AI Mokis’ performance.
Running until mid-May, season one features a $1 million prize pool distributed through Moku XP (mXP). As players participate in contests, train their Mokis, collect cards, and climb the seasonal leaderboard, they accumulate mXP. The larger their account of mXP, the greater their share of the $1 million prize pool at the end of the season.
In terms of contests, players submit a five-card lineup to enter either a free or paid contest using in-game currency Gems. Players finishing in the top 20% earn top-heavy leaderboard rewards, while those finishing among the top 50% share a fixed reward pool.
There are a few ways players can impact the Mokis’ performance. Card rarity – with multipliers ranging from 1.0x for Basic cards up to 1.75x for Legendary – gives collectors a competitive advantage. Additionally, Moki NFT holders can train their AI-powered athletes to improve stats and earn up to 168 mXP per week.
Champion Moki holders will also earn ongoing royalties from card pack sales throughout the season.

Daily fantasy has always been contained to real-world schedules but with Grand Arena, competition never stops. The Season One one million prize pool is just the starting point for us,” said Moku co-founder Hantao Yuan.
