Norman Rockwell Museum Announces First NFT Collection

Iconic American Painter Enters Web3
The Norman Rockwell Museum has revealed its first NFT collection in collaboration with the Rockwell family estate. Launching November 1st, the multi-part series “Studio Sessions” will offer rare digital and physical works by the renowned 20th-century painter.
Including Never-Before-Seen Art
Collectors can purchase the NFTs on Iconic’s site with credit cards or Ethereum. Price points are still unannounced. A portion of proceeds will support the Norman Rockwell Museum and estate.
Each NFT comes with a matching museum-quality print. The collection provides a behind-the-scenes look at the thousands of sketches and studies behind Rockwell’s iconic paintings.
Preserving a Legacy
Museum director Norton Moffatt said the web3 move represents “meaningful and artistically rich innovation” to champion Rockwell for new generations.
The beloved painter, who passed away in 1978, was renowned for portraying everyday American life and culture. His mass popularity later gave way to recognition as a significant artistic chronicler of 20th century America.
