Please introduce yourself and the team of TruePNL. Describe your backgrounds and current roles at TruePNL.

I’m Russell, CEO of TruePNL. My co-founders and I have been developing financial apps in crypto for the last four years. It was quite a long journey. We built more than five products: a centralized crypto exchange and an analytical tool for traders. Then, in TruePNL, we created a robot training marketplace; the final product was the launchpad. Now we are preparing more products for retail investors this year.

Can you introduce the team behind TruePNL?

I’m proud of our team, which works in TruePNL. I can introduce the C level: Slava is our co-founder; he is working as a Team lead. I have worked with him for the last four years building financial apps. Eugene is our CTO, quite an experienced developer with multiple years in production and building not just financial but AI products for the users. Also happy to work with Artem — the designer of TruePNL. He has a profound experience in crypto, which involves building interfaces. Plus, proud of the other team members of TruePNL.

Please briefly describe TruePNL and what you have got planned for 2023.

This year is the as we can see is a crypto winter season. Next year we will expand and open new financial markets. We aim to launch a fundraising platform where users can invest in NFTs and use them to get real-world utilities like descriptions of past success to the stores, free products and services.

We will cooperate with Large and develop brands for Metlife. We’re also researching equity projects. We’re going to make a fundraising platform available for equity. Users can invest in startups, join an equity share of developing startups, and get part of the potential success. So it’s what we’re focusing on this year and probably would be focused on the following year.

What competitive advantages does TruePNL have over other launchpads?

The main one is the simplicity and transparency with robust infrastructure built around TruePNL. Also, a relatively more straightforward and smooth user interface makes TruePNL different from other launchpads. We are also implementing new financial products and developing new products and services. Recently we launched Consensys share contract. Users can invest in Consensys share contract and get part of the property after the IPO of Consensys.

What’s the motivation for starting the building project?

It is better to highlight our mission. TruePNL’s mission is to bring new financial products for retail investors to make a beautiful investment experience. For the last 1.5 years, we have been trying to delete all the borders between projects and venture funds. Retail investors are essential in the role of the project. Retailers, as investors, can bring even more value than traditional venture funds. It’s not fair that venture funds take almost all the potential possibilities and upsides of the projects. Retailers have limited opportunities to talking to the secondary market, and we are working to provide more deals with more potential upside, but at the same time, the same risk, and give investors rights as VCs.

Can you tell us about your current partners, plans for partnerships and what everybody stands to gain from these partnerships?

Currently, we have partnership with ten leading launchpads. We have launched a project with DAO maker. Also, we are collaborating with Lauch Starter and other pads. We have a deal flow with decentralized exchanges like Huobi and Get.io. Currently, we are looking for strong partners to provide robust infrastructure. For example, we have recently partnered with Winter to make available NFT purchasing through credit cards worldwide without KYC. The list of our partnerships is more than 100 at the moment.

We would like to know more about TruePNL and how it works.

It’s pretty simple and transparent. Users can buy tokens without any limits and involvement in the product. It’s a round where projects allocate tokens to us in the private rounds, and users can purchase a lower price than IDO with guaranteed allocation. It’s simple and transparent. Users can buy PNL tokens and get 10 percent discounts if they want additional discounts. After putting these tokens in our staking and get PNLg points and spend points to discount the project. What have you done and will do to attract people to join and build a thriving community?

We are implementing many mechanics like the Gleam campaigns. We provide many benefits for active members of our Community, like giving reallocations and making prizes for the most active members of our Community. At the same time, we cooperate with many influencers to attract a new user base.

What are the outstanding features of the TruePNL?

The main feature for users is the possibility to join private sales and buy tokens easily at the early stage of projects. The second feature is discounts with PNL tokens. Plus, we are preparing new features — stay updated with news in our Telegram Community.

The most important aspects that users notice on a platform are security and user interface. How has TruePNL dealt with this?

The smart contract mechanism is the primary mechanism of security. Also, we have MultiSig for keeping save the funds. Also, our users don’t keep tokens. They immediately transfer them. Overall, all the mechanics are simple and transparent.

Is your platform suitable for Crypto beginners? Or is it only appealing to professional users?

We are developing our platform not only for traders but also for crypto newcomers. The main challenge is setting up the wallet and having some stablecoins that allow participating in sales.

What do you think about the future of crypto right now?

The last years have proved that massive crypto adoption is coming, with many confirmations that public companies will launch tokens, for example, some rumours about Twitter. Telegram recently announced they would implement TON and set up training about decentralized world. So There is much potential, and let’s check. Currently, we have long-term crypto winter. However, crypto has vast potential to bring massive mass adoption of finance, not just the finance industry.

Three main recommendations for TruePNL users for better gain?

The main recommendation is to do your own research. After the FTX collapse, it’s become even more not obvious to study, but it is necessary to do even now.

The second is to put only some of the eggs in one basket. Make a distribution between companies and even products. In TruePNL, we have a variety of assets and products to use. Don’t be greedy. Keep a large amount of the crypto portfolio to the primary tokens like Bitcoin. In my opinion, they will overplay all the tokens in 10 years.

The third is to get early into projects. Try to participate in private sales, in pre-IPO deals, before the company goes public.
