Arena Duel entry drops to 1 USDT as Artyfact answers player feedback

Ticket price cut enhances participation

The entry fee for Arena Duel has fallen from 5 USDT to 1 USDT, and the new pricing is live immediately. Artyfact announced the move on September 15, 2026, acting on player feedback only two weeks after the mode went live.

Dropping the cost by 80 percent takes much of the financial sting out of queuing up. Ten battles now add up to just 10 USDT, which keeps the downside small for anyone treating the game as entertainment instead of an income stream. The studio expects the lower barrier to pull in more players and make the matchmaking pool livelier.

Platform fee drives token activity

A 10 percent platform fee is applied to every Arena match, and that money goes toward buying back the ARTY token, wiring gameplay directly into tokenomics. Every duel pulls a slice of the stake out of circulation, so competitive play itself feeds ARTY’s scarcity.

The setup echoes the buyback mechanism Artyfact already runs on NFT marketplace revenue. ARTY is capped at 25 million tokens with no further issuance planned, which makes the match fees a second route for shrinking the circulating supply.

Dedicated play hours to boost matchmaking

Artyfact has also named three recommended daily play windows to bring players together: 00:00 to 02:00 UTC, 13:00 to 15:00 UTC, and 18:00 to 20:00 UTC. Queueing outside those hours remains possible, but the windows exist to gather a bigger pool of participants and shorten waits between matches.

Each slot is aimed at a different part of the world, so players should find opponents when their own region is most active. Concentrating activity into peak hours is a direct answer to the matchmaking problem that smaller games usually run into.

Artyfact is a free-to-play hybrid of action-adventure and MMORPG built on BNB Chain. Its beta arrived on the Epic Games Store on January 24, 2025, and the title carries several multiplayer modes. Arena Duel itself launched on August 31, 2026, and pays out to players holding at least 1,000 ARTY.

Beyond the arenas, the ecosystem includes urban spaces for NFT exhibitions and competitive gaming venues, with AI handling a range of operational duties. ARTY doubles as a governance token and in-game currency and trades on several major exchanges.
