WeMade starts official service of 'WePublic', a transparent society platform

WeMade (CEO Hyunguk Jang) announced on the 27th that it had started the official service of the transparent society platform 'Wepublic'.

WePublic is a platform that can transparently operate and manage all activities from the formation of DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization) using blockchain technology. Key proof protocols such as ▲identity verification (DID) ▲credential verification (SBT) ▲mirror token were applied. As a governance program, 'result proof protocol' that can propose and vote on agendas will be added in the future.

In addition, it introduced 'Wepublic Wallet', a virtual asset wallet application that allows users to use WePublic. It is implemented as a decentralized identity authentication technology (DID) that can authenticate users without disclosing information by encrypting personal information.

Users can sign up for DAO by simply verifying their identity with a QR code provided in WePublic Wallet. Upon completion of registration, 'SBT (Soul bound Token)' is issued to prove membership. SBT is a membership non-fungible token (NFT) identification card that cannot be forged and tampered with, and contains role and grade information in the organization.

In addition, on WePublic, anyone can transparently figure out where DAO's funds are used, such as donations and donations. With the balance proof protocol, a 'mirror token' linked one-to-one with the DAO's actual bank account is issued, and the token's deposit and withdrawal time, execution details, and quantity are recorded in real time on the blockchain.
