As Legend of Ymir preps for global launch, WEMIX signs 2 new games
Following a successful launch in South Korea, Wemade is now prepping for the global release of its latest web3-enabled mobile and PC MMORPG Legend of Ymir.
The Norse-inspired title is due to go live sometime later in 2025, with players encouraged to sign up to ensure they keep fully to-date with all the news.
One of the interesting aspects of the game is the direct way it integrates with theWEMIX token. Players can earn the in-game token G-WEMIX, which can be transfered for WEMIX via the exchange.
This makes the play-to-earn process much simpler than Wemade’s other crypto games such as Night Crows, which has the main CROW token that can be swapped for various other in-game resource-oriented tokens but doesn’t have the liquidity of the WEMIX token.
In other news, Wemade has announced two new games have signed up for launch on its gaming blockchain.
- 101XP’s Avatar Life – Love Metaverse is a social simulation game, which offers deep avatar customization options and social gameplay, aspects that will be enhanced by its adoption of a blockchain economy. The original web2 game has 200,000 DAUWs and 1.6 million MAUs.
- Winner Studio’s Idle Fantasy is a collectible idle RPG with over 7 million downloads that’s generated also $150 in lifetime revenue. Blockchain integration will enable NFT trading and play-to-earn mechanics.
