Mobile game PTA Tour Rise coming to SKALE and Base

From EA’s Tiger Woods and PTA Tour series to the cartoon fun of Golf Clash and Everybody’s Golf, there have always been plenty of great golf games. No-one has landed it yet for web3, however. That’s the goal for Solis Interactive’s PGA Tour Rise, an officially-branded mobile game that’s launching through app stores in early 2026.

That said, the game takes a different approach with its strategic empire-building focus. Players’ success on the greens will enable them to build out and manage their own golf operations, competing for resources and growing their courses over time. They’ll also be able to earn real-world rewards, including discount codes and exclusive merchandise, thanks to the game’s partnership with golf equipment manufacturers.

Created together with Skale Network and Node Foundation, the blockchain layer comes into play with the ability to buy and trade in-game items, ranging from clubs and balls to wearable gear. Better equipment will improve your in-game performance.

All these will be NFTs minted on the Skale blockchain, which supports fast, free transactions thanks to its design, in which developers pay a flat fee to run their own specific app chain within the Skale ecosystem.

Significantly, though, PGA Tour Rise will be the first game to use Skale’s new collab with the Base blockchain. Called Skale on Base, this allows players to onboard using Base’s simple UX, also taking advantage of the liquidity and easy fiat onramps of Coinbase’s L2.
